Choose one of our fantastic activities, and whether you would like to be part of a group, or a private session.
Select the date, time, and number of participants for your first session.
Enter your group details.
Proceed to our secure payment gateway to pay for your booking.
You'll then receive confirmation via email, and a login to your account where you can schedule any additional sessions.
The day before your session, you will receive an email and text confirmation your session, including the chosen location based on suitability, what time to arrive, and directions of where to park and meet.

FAQ

Where do we deliver our activities? And can I choose my specific location?

Sea and weather conditions change daily, and because of this we have a number of different locations across the Lizard and West Cornwall that we deliver our activities. To give you the safest and most enjoyable experience on the day, we decide the location for you the day before your session, and confirm this via text and email.

The only exception is Hayle Estuary, where any bookings made for Hayle Estuary (kayaking and paddle boarding) will always take place at Hayle Estuary.

Locations we use:

Coasteering on the Lizard - The Lizard (Church Cove/Bass Point) OR Mullion Cove

Coasteering at Mousehole (and Praa Sands) - Mousehole OR Praa Sands

Kayaking on the Lizard - Cadgwith OR Mullion Cove

Paddleboarding on the Lizard - Cadgwith OR Mullion Cove

When is my session location confirmed?

The location for your session will be confirmed via text and email between 4:00pm - 6:00pm the day before your booking. This information will include directions of where to meet, what time to arrive, what to bring, and any other important information.

To give you the safest and most enjoyable experience on the day, we decide the location for you the day before you.

The only exception is Hayle Estuary, where any bookings made for Hayle Estuary (kayaking and paddleboarding) will always take place at Hayle Estuary.

All Activities - Do you run sessions if it is raining?

Yes. All activities are equally fun in the rain as they are in the sunshine. You are going to be getting wet anyway, so the outside weather doesn’t affect either activity. This only changes should the weather pose a risk to participants, such as high winds or flood rains.

All Activities - Can my children do it on their own?

We believe any outdoor activity is always best with your family and friends. However, if you wanted to just send your children, being an AALA licensed activity provider, this allows us to accept any children under the age of 18 without adult supervision.

Please note that each activity has specific age limits when participating, and any child under the age of 12 wishing to do a kayak tour will need to be with an accompanying adult.

Paddlesports (Kayak and Paddleboard) - How long is a paddlesports session?

Our Lizard paddlesports sessions are 3 hours long (Cadgwith or Mullion Cove).

Our Hayle Estuary paddlesports sessions are around 2.5 hours long.

Similar to coasteering, within this time includes the meet and greet, and changing. Actual time on the water can vary depending on the route, conditions, and general ability of the group.

Paddlesports (Kayak and Paddleboard) - How far is it between Mullion Cove and Cadgwith?

Mullion Cove and Cadgwith are a 15 minute drive from each other. Both locations have pay and display car parks, and are just a short 5 minute walk to the Lizard Adventure meeting point with your guide.

Paddlesports (Kayak and Paddleboard) - What is the difference between the Lizard and Hayle Estuary?

Hayle offers more of an explorer paddlesports experience, with generally much calmer waters as you glide across the beautiful estuary waters.

The Lizard (Mullion Cove or Cadgwith) offers a more adventurous experience, with all the routes taking you out on the open ocean whilst exploring caves, islands,, cliffs, coastlines and an abundance of marine life.

Paddlesports (Kayaking and Paddleboarding) - Do I need to have prior experience to take part?

No.

Our paddlesport tours (kayaking and paddleboarding) are designed to cater for all levels of experience. The guide will start by teaching you all the essential technique in the shelter of the coves/harbour, before heading out to explore the routes.

Paddlesports (Kayaking and Paddleboarding) - What is the minimum age for participation?

The youngest age is 10 years of age to be able to participate in a paddlesport (kayaking or paddleboarding).

For kayaking, any child under the age of 12 years will need to be in a double kayak with an accompanying adult.
